Choosing a home from photos is very different from standing inside one, checking the ceiling height, the stairs to the sleeping loft and the view from the windows. That is why we invite you to our workshop. You can look at homes under construction, compare insulation layers and interior finishes, and ask our builders directly. If your land is in or around Silifke, we can also visit the site free of charge to check access for the transport truck, the slope, the wind and the sun.

Built for the Silifke climate
Summers here are long, hot and humid; winters are mild and rainy. Near the sea and the Göksu delta, humidity is high and salt carried by the wind can corrode metal over time. We plan for this with solid roof and wall insulation, light-coloured exteriors, careful ventilation to avoid condensation and mould, and galvanised steel, corrosion-resistant coatings and stainless fixings for coastal sites. In the highlands, where nights are cool and winter can bring frost and snow, we strengthen insulation and heating.

How it works
We start with a call or a workshop visit and a free site survey. Next we agree on the plan, materials and equipment and send you a written quote; form enquiries get a reply within 3 working days. Your home is then built in our Silifke workshop, where you are welcome to follow progress, and finally we deliver and place it on your land. Planning rules depend on the plot, so please check zoning, coastal-strip, forest or heritage restrictions with the local municipality before you buy land.
Where we deliver
From Silifke we deliver to every district of Mersin, described on our tiny house Mersin page, and to every district of Antalya along the D400 coastal road, from Alanya to Kaş, on our tiny house Antalya page. Delivery elsewhere in Turkey can be discussed.
