Beyaz Tiny House builds tiny houses and prefab homes for Antalya in our workshop in Silifke and delivers to all 19 districts. Antalya is several regions in one: turquoise bays, greenhouse plains, a large city and Taurus plateaus that see snow in winter. A tiny house overlooking a bay near Kaş is not built the same way as one in an orchard in Elmalı, so we plan every home for its site.
Delivery from Silifke via the D400
Homes travel along the D400 coastal road through Anamur and Gazipaşa. Antalya city is roughly 400 km by road, further for Kaş and Demre. For mountain villages with narrow roads, we plan truck access during the site survey. Read about our workshop on the tiny house Silifke page.
The regions we serve
- West coast and Lycia (Kemer, Kumluca, Finike, Demre, Kaş): bays, olive groves and greenhouses. We use galvanised steel and durable coatings against salt air and secure fixing on sloping plots.
- East coast (Serik, Manavgat, Alanya, Gazipaşa): long beaches, holiday homes and banana and citrus gardens. These are the districts closest to our workshop.
- City (Muratpaşa, Kepez, Konyaaltı, Aksu, Döşemealtı): garden plots, guest units and offices on the edge of town, where quick-to-install prefab houses and steel houses work well.
- Taurus plateaus and mountains (Elmalı, Korkuteli, Akseki, İbradı, Gündoğmuş): cold winters with snow and frost, so we upgrade insulation, glazing, roof and heating.
Bungalows and glamping
Many Antalya projects are for tourism: bungalows, glamping sites and extra rooms for guesthouses. We can build several identical units and design kitchens and bathrooms for guest use. Tourism businesses may need extra permits, so check with the local municipality. See plans on our models page.
A note for foreign buyers
Whether you live in Alanya, Kemer, Kaş, Manavgat, Muratpaşa or Konyaaltı, or are looking for a holiday home, we are happy to work with you. Rules on buying land and building permits can differ for foreign nationals, so please speak to a lawyer and the municipality before buying a plot. Climate and your home
The Antalya coast has long, hot, humid summers and mild, rainy winters, so the priorities are good roof and wall insulation, a light-coloured exterior, a shaded terrace and properly sized air conditioning. Near the sea we use galvanised steel, durable coatings and stainless fixings against salt air. Inland, Elmalı and Korkuteli have large day-night temperature swings and regular winter frost and snow, so insulation, glazing, roof and heating are upgraded. That is why our first question is always where exactly the home will stand and in which months you will use it. Off-grid plots can be fitted with solar power and water tanks.
