Know where Kemer ends
A common mix-up: Çıralı and Ulupınar, right next to the ancient site of Olympos, belong to Kemer district, while Adrasan further south is in Kumluca. That decides which municipality and offices you deal with, so check it before you buy land. Permits are stricter here
Large parts of Kemer's coast and mountains lie within Beydağları Olympos National Park and forest land, where building and accommodation are heavily restricted and need separate permissions. Coastal plots fall under shoreline rules, and some areas are protected sites. Paid glamping, bungalow or guesthouse use may require a tourism certificate or municipal permit. Wheels do not make a unit exempt. Check with Kemer Municipality and the relevant authorities before buying land or planning a business.
