Beyaz Tiny House builds tiny houses and prefab homes in Mersin in our own workshop in Silifke and delivers to all 13 districts of the province. Mersin packs very different conditions into one province: seaside holiday homes, a belt of greenhouses and citrus orchards, a busy city centre and Taurus highlands above 1,000 metres. The coast: Mezitli to Anamur
The coastline running from Mezitli through Erdemli, Silifke, Aydıncık and Bozyazı to Anamur is where most holiday and retirement homes are. Here the priorities are materials that resist humidity and salt, a well-insulated roof, a shaded terrace and efficient air conditioning. A mobile tiny house or caravan suits seasonal use; a fixed tiny house or prefab home suits year-round living. Greenhouses and farmland
Erdemli's lemon groves and greenhouses, the Tarsus plain, the Göksu delta near Silifke and the banana gardens of Anamur and Bozyazı generate demand for garden homes, small site offices and seasonal worker housing. Prefab and light steel homes are quick to install here. Building on agricultural land has its own rules, so check with the municipality first.
The Taurus highlands
Çamlıyayla, Mut and Gülnar, plus highland villages of Toroslar, Erdemli, Silifke and Tarsus, offer cool summers but frost and snow in winter. For these sites we upgrade insulation, use double glazing, design the roof for snow loads and plan a heating solution.

In the central districts, requests usually come for garden plots on the city edge, hobby gardens, and offices or guest units next to businesses. Compact prefab and steel houses work well because they install quickly.

Delivery and installation
Our Silifke workshop sits roughly in the middle of the province: around 85 km by road from Mersin city, about 110 km from Tarsus and about 140 km from Anamur along the coast. Coastal districts are easy to reach, while highland villages in Çamlıyayla, Gülnar and Mut can have narrow, winding roads, so we check truck access during the free site survey. Before delivery we agree on levelling, foundations or support legs and where power and water will come from. For off-grid gardens and highland plots we can plan solar power and water tanks.
