Where is your workshop in Silifke, and can I visit?

Our workshop is in the Ulugöz neighbourhood, 33950 Silifke/Mersin. You can see homes under construction, the materials we use and interior finish samples. Please call +90 542 791 00 00 before you come so we can arrange a convenient time.

Which districts of Mersin do you serve?

We serve all 13 districts of Mersin: Akdeniz, Anamur, Aydıncık, Bozyazı, Çamlıyayla, Erdemli, Gülnar, Mezitli, Mut, Silifke, Tarsus, Toroslar and Yenişehir. From the coast to the highlands, we plan each home for the local climate.

Do you deliver to Antalya?

Yes, we deliver to all 19 districts of Antalya. Homes are transported from our Silifke workshop along the D400 coastal road. We plan delivery around your plot's location and road access during the survey and quote stage.

What is the difference between a prefab house and a tiny house?

A tiny house is a compact living space, and the mobile version sits on a wheeled chassis. A prefab house is a permanent building on a foundation, with more floor space, separate rooms and the option of one or two storeys. We can help you choose based on how you will use it and where.

Are steel houses earthquake resistant?

Light steel buildings have an advantage in earthquakes because they are light and steel behaves in a ductile way, and seismic forces relate to a building's mass. Real resistance still depends on proper structural design, a suitable foundation and good workmanship.

Do you build caravans?

Yes. We build travel trailers and mobile living units for touring, camping, seasonal coastal living and use on your land. Solar panels, water tanks and toilets are planned to suit you; please check current registration and licence rules with the authorities.

How do you deal with humidity and salty sea air on the coast?

For coastal projects we use galvanised steel, corrosion-resistant coatings and stainless fixings. Wall layers are designed to prevent condensation, and we pay extra attention to ventilation in bathrooms and kitchens. At handover we also give you simple maintenance advice.

Are the site survey and quote free?

Yes, the survey and quote are free. Call +90 542 791 00 00, message us on WhatsApp or fill in the quote form; we reply to forms within 3 working days. For distant locations we start with a phone call and then plan the site visit together.

Do I need a permit for a tiny house?
It depends on whether the home is mobile or fixed, the zoning status of your land and the local municipality. Mobile models on wheels are generally treated like caravans, while homes fixed to the ground fall under building regulations. We review your land with you before purchase; for a definitive answer we recommend checking with your local municipality.
How long does delivery take?
Lead time depends on the model, any customisations and our workshop schedule. Once you confirm your order we give you a firm production and delivery schedule, written into the contract.
What is included in the price?
Everything on the standard features list — structure, insulation, windows, installations and interior — is included. Extras such as transport, setup, furniture and solar power are itemised separately in your quote, so there are no surprises.
Can I have my own design built?
Of course. We can adapt any of our models in layout, size and materials, or create a fully bespoke design. Share your needs and we'll draw it together.
Can a tiny house be used in winter?
Yes. Thanks to high-performance insulation in the walls, floor and roof plus double glazing, our homes are comfortable all year. For cold regions we plan insulation thickness and heating to suit your climate.
How are electricity, water and waste water handled?
Our homes are delivered ready to connect to mains electricity, water and sewage. For off-grid plots we offer independent solutions such as solar panels, battery systems, water tanks and septic tanks.
Do you deliver anywhere in Türkiye?
Yes, we deliver and install all over Türkiye from our workshop in Silifke. Transport cost depends on distance and model and is shown separately in your quote.
What is a tiny house?
A tiny house is a fully equipped home, usually 15–60 m², that brings kitchen, bathroom, sleeping and living areas together in a smart plan. It can be mobile on a wheeled chassis or fixed on your land. See our What is a Tiny House? page for more.
How much does a tiny house cost?
Price depends on floor area, mobile or fixed build, insulation and material choices, interior equipment, extras such as solar power and transport distance. That's why we prepare an itemised quote for each project. Fill in the form or call us — we'll get back with a firm price within 3 business days.
How big is a tiny house?
Tiny houses are usually between 15 and 60 m². Our range goes from 15 m² compact mobile homes to 65 m² two-module family homes, and sizes can be adapted.
How long does a tiny house last?
Lifespan depends on the quality of the structure, insulation, cladding and roofing, and on regular maintenance. A tiny house built with a steel chassis, timber frame, vapour barrier and quality cladding — and properly maintained — can be used for many years, much like a conventional home.
Are tiny houses earthquake resistant?
Tiny houses built with light steel and timber frames benefit from low weight and flexible structures under seismic loads. Proper foundations and anchoring for fixed models, and a solid chassis and tie-downs for mobile ones, are key — we plan these with you during setup.
Can I put a tiny house on farmland or a hobby garden?
It depends on the land's zoning status and local municipality rules. Farmland usually restricts permanent buildings, while mobile models on wheels may be treated differently. We recommend checking with your municipality before buying, and we'll help you choose the right model.
Does a tiny house need a permit or title deed?
Tiny houses fixed to the ground are treated as buildings and fall under zoning rules. Mobile tiny houses on wheels can be registered as trailers/caravans. Every site is different, so please confirm with your local municipality.
What licence do I need to tow a mobile tiny house?
The licence class depends on the trailer's maximum laden weight and the towing vehicle; heavier trailers usually require a BE licence. Please check current rules — or let us deliver the home for you.
What is the difference between a tiny house and a caravan?
A caravan is designed for short trips, while a tiny house is designed for long-term living — with thicker insulation, real home materials, a full kitchen and bathroom, more living space and four-season comfort.
How many people can live in a tiny house?
It depends on the model: our compact models suit 2 people, mid-size models 3–4, and our two-module family models up to 6.
Can I buy a tiny house with a loan?
Financing options vary by bank and by whether the home is mobile or fixed; some banks offer personal loans that can be used. Please talk to your bank, and contact us about payment plan options.
Can I rent out a tiny house or start a bungalow business?
Yes. Tiny houses are popular for glamping, bungalow and boutique stays. Commercial accommodation requires the relevant permits. We can prepare project pricing and site layouts for multiple homes.
