Beyaz Tiny House builds steel houses using galvanised light steel framing. We prepare the frame in our Silifke workshop, assemble it on your land in Mersin or Antalya and hand it over complete with insulation, cladding and interior fittings.
What is a light steel frame house?
The structure is made of thin, cold-formed, galvanised steel profiles joined with screws and connectors. Walls, floors and roof are built on this frame, insulation fills the cavities and the surfaces are clad inside and out. The result is far lighter than a concrete building.
Advantages
- Earthquakes: seismic forces relate to a building's mass, so a light, ductile steel structure has a clear advantage, provided it has proper structural design, foundations and workmanship.
- Speed: profiles are cut to size in the workshop, so on-site assembly is quick.

Steel homes in Mersin and Antalya
On the coast, steel homes suit holiday homes, retirement homes and bungalows. In the Taurus highlands and cold plateaus such as Elmalı and Korkuteli, we use thicker insulation and snow-rated roofs. A steel house is a permanent building, so zoning and permit rules apply; check with the municipality before you buy land. How it is built
We start with a free site survey and a structural design. A suitable foundation is prepared on your land while the galvanised profiles are cut to size in our Silifke workshop. The wall panels, floors and roof trusses are then assembled on site and fixed to the foundation. Insulation and cladding follow, then plumbing, wiring, bathrooms, windows and interior finishes.
Comfort and maintenance
Comfort comes from the layers around the frame, not the frame itself. Insulation between the studs, a continuous outer insulation layer to reduce thermal bridging and good windows keep the interior cool through long Mediterranean summers and also block noise. In humid coastal air we design the wall build-up to avoid condensation and pay extra attention to ventilation and waterproofing in bathrooms. Maintenance is simple: check paint and cladding periodically, keep gutters clean and inspect exposed metal parts on coastal homes.
Steel house or container home?
They are not the same. A container home starts from a ready-made box, while a light steel house is designed from scratch with profiles made for your plan, so the layout, insulation and roof can be tailored to your plot and climate.
