İbradı is one of Antalya's quietest mountain districts: deep valleys, villages surrounded by walnut and fruit trees, the traditional stone-and-timber houses of Ormana and the Altınbeşik cave with its underground lake. At Beyaz Tiny House, most enquiries here come from families returning to their villages in summer and from small nature-tourism businesses, and a compact caravan often fits both best.
Why a caravan works in İbradı
- Compact sizes can pass narrow village roads and tight bends
- No foundation needed: it can stand in a walled garden or under walnut trees
- Use it in the village in summer and store it under cover in winter
- In villages with protected traditional architecture, it adds living space without altering the old house, provided local rules allow it

Guest units for nature tourism
Visitors come for the cave, Ormana's old streets and the walking routes, but accommodation is limited. Guesthouse owners can add caravans with a double bed, kitchenette and shower as independent rooms, with solar panels and tanks for off-grid use. Commercial accommodation needs its own permits. Inside, simple finishes with timber details help a guest caravan feel at home in a traditional village, and choosing a calm exterior colour and awning makes it sit more quietly in the landscape.
A winter pack for mountain use
Winters are cold and snowy, and even summer users meet chilly nights in spring and autumn. We specify reinforced insulation in walls, roof and floor, double glazing, a compact heater with proper ventilation, and fresh and grey water tanks positioned close to the heated interior with insulated pipes. A caravan roof is not designed for heavy snow, so we recommend keeping it under a shelter in winter. For year-round living, a fixed tiny house or prefab house designed for snow loads is the better choice.
Delivery from Silifke
We build in Silifke, Mersin, and deliver along the D400 coastal road via Alanya to Manavgat, then up into the Taurus on the road branching towards İbradı via the Akseki direction, roughly 420 km in total. Beyond Manavgat the road is steep and winding, and village roads are narrower still. We size the caravan to the narrowest point and tightest bend, choose a suitable towing vehicle and avoid winter deliveries.
Permits
Some land in İbradı borders forest or protected areas, and traditional villages may have extra rules. Long-term stays on a plot are assessed separately. Please check with İbradı Municipality. More on our Antalya service page and in our FAQ.
