Mobile Tiny Houses in Finike Among Orange Groves and the Marina

Finike is a quiet marina town surrounded by orange groves. A mobile tiny house on a trailer chassis lets you live among the trees without a foundation, with protection against humidity and salt air.

Finike is best known for its oranges and its calm marina. Groves stretch from the coast inland, with the Taurus foothills behind them. At Beyaz Tiny House, we often recommend a mobile tiny house on a trailer chassis here: it can sit between rows of trees without any foundation and be moved later if your plans change.

Living in an orange grove

Grove owners usually want somewhere comfortable to stay during harvest and at weekends, without a permanent building. A mobile tiny house fits between tree rows, can be moved for pruning or replanting, and works as a garden house, a guest room or a quiet retirement home. With solar panels and a water tank, it can run largely off-grid in Finike's sunny climate. We help you choose the panel and tank sizes for how you will actually use the house.

Humidity, irrigation and salt air

  • A chassis protected with galvanising or an anti-corrosion primer and paint system
  • Careful floor insulation and waterproofing, since irrigated groves are damp in the mornings
  • Extractor fans, window ventilation positions and a vapour barrier against condensation
  • Salt-resistant paint and stainless fixings for plots near the marina

A marina town for long stays

Finike's marina draws boat owners all year, and the town's slow pace appeals to retirees and foreign residents. Sahilkent and the garden plots around Turunçova are popular choices. For long stays we suggest a ground-floor bedroom instead of a loft, a wide glass door onto a timber deck, and an inverter air conditioner with a well-insulated roof. Browse layouts on our models page or read what a tiny house is if you are new to the idea.

Delivery from Silifke

We build in Silifke, Mersin, and deliver to Finike along the D400 coastal road via Alanya, Antalya, Kemer and Kumluca, roughly 530 km. Depending on size, the house is towed or carried on a flatbed. Dirt tracks, low branches and irrigation channels inside groves are checked during our site visit.

Some owners also like the idea of moving the house seasonally, spending winter in the grove and summer somewhere cooler inland towards the Elmalı plateau. That is possible, but the mountain road is steep and winding, so it needs a suitable towing vehicle and professional help. If you plan to use the house at altitude, we specify slightly heavier insulation from the start so it is comfortable in both climates.

Permits

A wheeled tiny house and a fixed building may be treated differently, and coastal setback rules apply near the sea. Please confirm with Finike Municipality. More on our service area: tiny houses in Antalya.
