"How will I get electricity, water and a toilet?" is the most practical question about tiny house living. Whether your land is near the grid or far off it, there is a solution.
Electricity
If there is a grid connection nearby, a tiny house connects like any home — on mobile models via a removable outdoor plug. Off-grid, the standard setup is solar panels + charge controller + batteries (ideally LiFePO4) + inverter. The Mediterranean coast, including Mersin and Antalya, gets plenty of sunshine, which makes solar very efficient. Size the system to your appliances; air conditioning and electric cooking need more capacity.
Water
Connect to mains water where available and insulate outdoor pipes against frost. Otherwise use a water tank with a pressure pump, filled by tanker or well. Rainwater can be collected for garden and toilet use. Hot water can come from an electric boiler, gas water heater or solar water heater.
Toilet and waste water
Connect to the sewer where possible. Otherwise a sealed septic tank emptied by a vacuum truck is the common choice, while composting toilets save water and are increasingly popular off-grid. Grey water from sinks and showers can be collected separately or filtered for irrigation.
Plan it during the build
Preparing wiring, plumbing and tank connections while the house is built is much cheaper than changing them later.
